Any UK athletics affiliated club can enter up to 10 runners (minimum 4) as part of their team, and the first 4 to complete the course will count towards the total team score. Male or female participants can be entered together in any team.

This unique innovative running event will start and finish at Brunton Park Football Stadium,
the home of Carlisle United.

The team score is calculated on the finishing position of each runner and the team with the lowest total score, from their first 4 finishing positions, will be awarded the DSD trophy and a £250 prize to their club.

We will also have a vets club challenge for any runner aged 40 plus. Any veteran runner will qualify for both the main running club challenge prize and the vets club challenge prize. Again, the DSD vets club trophy will be awarded as well as another £250 prize. There are no limits on the number of vets in each team and the results are based on the first 3 finishers in each vets team.
